OOW 2010 schedule

I’ll be flying to San Francisco from Seattle later today after a nice vacation. So it is already time to think about all the exciting upcoming events at Oracle OpenWorld next week. This is a rough outline of my planned schedule.

Sunday
- pick up badge and swag as early as possible
- meet up with RAC SIG board members
- global session and regional meeting at OPN Forum
- IOUG RAC customer panel
- enjoy opening keynote
- attend the octoberfest-style welcome reception and try to snag some autographs of the guys from BMW/Oracle Racing

Monday
- start off with some sessions at develop
- give my own presentation from 2 to 3 at moscone south, rm 305
- Free food, booze and pinball machines at OTN night

Tuesday
- lots of sessions
- take 1-2 hours to see exhibition
- Tom Kyte keynote

Wednesday
- even more sessions
- Larry’s keynote
- OOW Blogger meetup
- Appreciation event? I have not made it to that party in the past years and I do not know if this year will be any different.

It will all end with some more sessions on Thursday, maybe followed by a least plastic corn cup of beer at the wrap party.
